The NBCJMA has endeavored to operate efficiently and in the best interest of our customers to keep sewer rates as low as possible.
However, our sewage is conveyed by the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority to the city of Philadelphia for treatment.
Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority has informed this Authority that their charges will increase effective January 1,
2004.
We therefore, are reluctantly forced to adjust our rates to compensate for the increased cost. This will reflect the third
increase since the inception of the NBCJMA in 1964; the NBCJMA's rates are the lowest in the area.
